Do you like to train in a group?
I offer group training for small groups (max 10). Training can take place outdoors, in gyms or other places. I can offer different types of training, based on your / your group’s needs and level.
For those who do not want to train alone or in a group, I offer couple-training or split-pt.
Any form of exercise can be combined with dietary advice to get the most out of your workout.
